Casa Do Pescador is an established family owned villa set in the hills overlooking the charming market town of Loule and offers panoramic views of the central Algarve. Located just 15 minutes from Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Faro, plus many sandy beaches and golf courses, Casa do Pescador is within easy reach of Vilamoura; home to some of the best golf courses in the Algarve and which also boasts a lively marina, bars, restaurants, a casino, nightclubs and is ideal for families and golfers alike.

Just 5 minutes drive inland and there are numerous quaint little villages and beautiful countryside well worth exploring.

The villa sleeps up to 7 people in 3 large double bedrooms that benefit from air conditioning during the summer months and which also provides heating during the cooler months.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and a shower above plus a bidet, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 has one double bed and one single bed thus sleeping three people plus an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 3 has two single beds plus an optional cot with a bathroom opposite consisting of shower, toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. Full cooking and serving facilities are also provided (dining set, cutlery, pans, cooking utensils). In addition there is an adjoining utility area with a twin sink and worktop plus an iron and ironing board.

The lounge with large south facing patio doors leads onto a spacious terrace with outside dining table. The lounge has comfortable sofa and armchair seating and boasts a TV and DVD player together with English satellite channels. The lounge also provides a dining area with table seating up to 8 people. There is also an adjoining breakfast room with seating for up to 6 people and a CD/Radio player.

Children are welcome and with this in mind all internal stairs and access ways are gated plus there is a cot and highchair provided for use by our youngest guests. The terraced areas are also gated to ensure younger children cannot venture too far.

Casa do Pescador boasts it's own private pool (for the sole use of guests), high walls and gardens surround the pool terrace, an outside shower is available and the split level terraces are ideal for sunbathing, barbequing or simply relaxing and soaking in the sunshine, there are ample sun loungers, seating, tables and sun umbrellas provided for the use of our guests. There is also a secluded roof terrace with stair access. Both barbeques are traditionally brick built, coal fired and the barbeque area has outdoor seating for up to 10 people.

The private grounds include ample parking for multiple vehicles amidst the well-maintained gardens.
