Booking Deposit A 20% deposit for is required for confirmation of booking (please note this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation). The full balance of your rental is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels, linen and maid service are included. Linen is changed weekly.
